Com duração de duas semanas, as atividades são subdivididas em confeitaria e panificação
A Fundação Cidade-Mãe (FCM), vinculada à Secretária de Promoção Social, Esporte e Combate à Pobreza (Semps), iniciou nesta terça-feira (28) duas novas turmas do curso de gastronomia nas unidades localizadas nos bairros Saramandaia e Bariri das Artes. As aulas, gratuitas, ocorrem em parceria com a ONG Gastromotiva, que é especializada em capacitação de pessoas para que utilizem a gastronomia como forma de renda.
O curso, de acordo com a coordenadora Tarsila de Lima, foi adaptado com receitas específicas para pessoas interessadas em empreender. “Em dezembro começamos esta inovação, e esse formato de curso serve para quem tem interesse em montar seu próprio negócio. Com o que é aprendido aqui, as pessoas passam a ter a capacidade de gerar renda o ano inteiro e esse é o objetivo do projeto: trabalhar com educação em gastronomia para população de baixa renda levando a iniciativa para dentro das comunidades”.
O Gastromotiva tem dez anos de atuação em diversas cidades do Brasil e do mundo e visa incentivar a produção de alimentos por meio do projeto intitulado Empreenda, que busca formar novos empreendedores na área de gastronomia. O curso tem como público-alvo pessoas com idades entre 18 e 50 anos. Com duração de duas semanas, as atividades são subdivididas em confeitaria e panificação.
